★This book is meant to help you understand how to act like your cat. Following its lead, you will gradually be able to overcome the anxiety and stress, freeing yourself from the burdens of the world.

Description

Sleepy and apparently uninterested, cats live an independent existence: eating, purring, sleeping (that’s the order, and it is important) is all they need to be happy. They have no time or desire to
be anxious and upset.

How many times, looking at your feline friend, have you thought: “I wish I could live like him”? Now, thanks to this book, you have no more excuses! From the crosswords to the comics, from the labyrinth to the yoga-cat positions, you will discover how much you can learn from your cat. So, forget the pressure and learn to wait, like the cat does: sometimes doing nothing is the best way of coping.
