Author
At the time of writing this book, Neil and Kate have been married for sixteen years and live with their teenage daughters and their dog in London, UK. Kate is a menopause coach and gender equity consultant, working for over ten years with women and organisations to create modern menopause conversations that enable women to stay in their chosen careers and achieve their professional ambitions. Prior to this she has twenty years’ experience leading IT transformation projects in FTSE100 organisations. Kate’s first book Your Second Phase: Reclaiming work and relationships during and after menopause was shortlisted for the Business Book of the Year award in 2020.
Neil is a property, workplace and change leader with over thirty years’ experience, working within and advising multinational clients on all aspects of finding, securing, creating and managing fantastic places to work. He’s been writing, blogging and talking about work and the workplace for more than a decade, and has published four books to date. His work mixes organisational and business thinking with music, literature and philosophy, and always brings a much-needed cutting edge. He’s been known to do performance poetry too.
