Author

Planner and Reviewer: Oh Eun-young

A psychiatrist specialized in adult, children, and adolescent psychiatry.
After graduating from the College of Medicine at Yonsei University and obtaining her master's degree there, she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at Korea University's graduate school.

She has served as a specialist psychiatrist at the Severance Hospital affiliated with Yonsei University Health System and as a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and clinical associate professor at Seoul Samsung Hospital. She also held a professorship in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Asia. Currently, she is active as an associate professor at the Yonsei University College of Medicine, the director of the Oh Eun-young Child and Adolescent Clinic and the Learning Development Research Institute, and the dean of the Oh Eun-young College.

She has participated in Korean SBS's "Our Children Are Changing" and EBS's "60 Minutes of Parents" and has given numerous lectures, earning the trust of Korean parents. Known as the "National Parenting and Child-rearing Mental Mentor" and "The God of Parenting Education" in Korea, she communicates with a wide range of people through mainstream print media such as "Chosun Ilbo", "Korea Ilbo", "Dong-A Ilbo" as well as diverse platforms like NAVER audio clips, resonating deeply with many. Recently, she has appeared in CHANNEL A's "Today's Parenting, My Precious Child" and "Oh Eun-young's Child Consultation Room".

She won the first place in the YES 24 Annual Awards for her book "The Softest Education" and received the Grand Prize in the Early Childhood Education Expert category in the "Annual Brand Grand Prize" (2017) and the Expert Entertainer Award (2021).
