Feature

★ Dissect the management dilemmas in the digital age with Netflix's practical cases. 8 leadership modules: fundamental innovation and anticipation, fundamental communication and transparency, trust, excellence, critical thinking, personalization, sustainability and technology, teach you to build an efficient team!

Description

Who do you trust more, your boss or Google? Does every position require time control? Do all employees need the same number of vacation days and working days? Algorithms operate perfectly, but in an uncertain world, do we need to rely on them or our intuition? To which employees will the algorithms be promoted? Will employees obey or question the rules? Is disconnecting a good thing, or is it better to disconnect those bosses who don't respect their employees' time? Why is Netflix's algorithm more compassionate than many bosses?

Get ready to think about all these questions. In the book you hold in your hands, you can find all the keys to what corporate human resources should be like and how to contribute to the exponential growth of the enterprise through eight aspects of leadership. In short, this is a future manual for current human resources practitioners.
