She is a consultant specializing in organizational strategy and operations management and serves as a management advisor. She has provided management consulting services for many well-known domestic companies and has also worked as a consultant for several corporate management research institutions. For many years, she has been engaged in corporate management research and has conducted in-depth field surveys on production and manufacturing companies.
