Description

"Before I was here, there were forests, hills and rivers. In late prehistoric times, people occasionally stopped here for hunting and fishing. Then they went on their way again, for in those days men were still nomads. Then, 5,000 years ago, a tribe settled here. Now people know how to farm and raise livestock. Here they set up simple huts and granaries for storing food. And so, I was born."

A village is a place where people live, one after another, for millions of years.
People inherit and change the land that fed them and the forest that stored game. They used trees to build shelters and keep warm. Their land and pasture grew larger and smaller as population demands and farming techniques changed.
They also changed the stream so that it was no longer capricious, for cleaning, propulsion or simply bathing in the river.
In order to withstand the inclement weather, people first made several tents out of wild animal skins, then built mud huts, wooden huts, thatched huts, and later stone huts. As families multiplied or the requirements for comfort increased, their stone houses were constantly enlarged or destroyed and rebuilt. The houses were crowded at first, as if to keep each other warm, and then there were gardens around the houses, and then vehicles appeared, the houses were separated from each other.
To protect themselves, ditches were dug, walls raised, and towers erected, but when the threat of war ceased, these structures were abandoned. To awaken the charm of the countryside, houses with landscaped parks were built.
In different eras, stone sheds, temples and monasteries were built for meditation or prayer. They bury the dead not far from the village in order to keep the memory of their ancestors alive.
They also created markets, schools, playgrounds, governments, and other places to spend, study, and meet.
The village is no longer alone, it is connected with other villages and cities, forming regions and countries together.
In order to bring the villages together, travelers and merchants often climb mountains and wade through rivers, crossing dirt roads, stone and wooden bridges...
