If I could go back in time, I would want to read this book.
I used to be a 500-yen bald guy, suffered from burnout, and had low self-esteem, so I read books to change myself.
"Be more fond of myself" and "accept myself" were not clear to me, as I was not good at such things.
To make this book a "life-saving book" for my past self, I not only listed 44 specific methods to improve self-esteem but also created the character "Kokoro-chan" to personify our inner selves, so that I could write in a way that allows you to be kind to yourself.

The publication of "Kokoro-chan's Care Instructions" marks the third year since we met with Mr. Furuyama.
Mr. Furuyama had a strong desire for "middle school and high school students to read it," so we were considering a plan that would be easy for middle and high school students to handle.
While refining the book's plan from various angles, we found a tendency in Mr. Furuyama's experience as a mentor that "it is difficult to cherish oneself," so we followed the direction of cherishing "someone" rather than oneself.
And that's where Kokoro-chan was born.

Author

Arinori Furuyama

Psychological Coach. He worked at a tax firm specializing in inheritance and later became an independent entrepreneur.
After suffering from job burnout syndrome and alopecia areata, he read over 10,000 books on mental health, self-development, and psychology. He integrated the mental reinforcement methods he cultivated during his high school baseball career at the National Sports Festival to develop his own unique psychological training method, which allows him to continuously update the state of "now being the happiest moment in my life."
