Born in Kagoshima in 1980. Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Hosei University. After studying in the United States and working at a foreign-owned talent services company, he joined Coach A Corporation. As a top trainer, he also serves as an examiner for the International Coach Federation. In 2009, he established Trust Coaching. While working as a talent development officer for the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry and major corporations, he has trained approximately 5,000 certified coaches both domestically and internationally, with the mission of “creating a culture where everyone can learn communication.” He has also introduced coaching-based communication programs in early childhood education, supported by local education committees, and has focused on activities that highlight the importance of communication through lectures on themes such as “bullying” and “loneliness.” His books include The Strongest Communication Skills Learned from "Kingdom" and Me in the Mirror.
